Step-by-step process
Compress
The IUSYS PR210 is equipped with a compacting press controlled at all four corners, thus guaranteeing uniform pressure across the entire surface of the mattress.
Seal
The IUSYS PR210 is made up of heat-sealing bars, which block the compression of the mattress and keep the package sealed and secure.
Fold
Always prioritising the automation of the packaging process, the IUSYS PR210 allows you to create the ideal packaging for different markets. With a module that allows two options, folding the mattress vertically or horizontally, creating a higher or lower packaging height according to your needs.
Roll
The mattresses are rolled and packed directly in a polythene bag, so the size is minimal and you can get rolled mattresses with a diameter of 22-50 cm (fixed diameter to choose from).
